I am trying to find a place to moor 2 kayaks for the season that I could just go to the spot, kayak, and moor. WSSC has a spot about 10 minutes from me, but it is not cheap. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Moor? You mean like anchor them out in the Anchorage?
Bet you mean store them, or rack them.
Better be a little more specific on city, State/Providence.
