Where to paddle Puget Sound Vancouver Is

My girlfriend and I are planning a kayak trip this September up near the Washington / Canada Border. We would like to paddle anywhere from 15 to 20 miles per day in our double. We have 2 weeks. Does anyone have suggestions where we should go? I’d be happy to read other people’s travelogues, see their GPS tracks, pictures etc. for this region. Any must see’s? Any Suggested 2 week routes (point to point or loop both ok). Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Puget?
What happened to the Monterey to SLO trip you were considering?

Puget Sound
Puget sounds more interesting , and perhaps a little milder conditions. Want to go? Oh, I made a little pun back there…

So many choices!!!
… I loved the Broken Group and Kyuquot Sound. September should be nice for both areas. Other places include the Bowron Lakes, San Juan Islands and the Gulf Islands as well as Desolation Sound.

has some great trip descriptions.

thanks
Thank you for posting the great links… I looked at your pictures, and mostly saw boat building pics. I really like the westcoastpaddler link. I was able to find the link to the Broken Group

{looks amazing, and I plan to pass it by my girlfriend)!! You also mentioned the Kyuquot Sound, but I couldn’t find a link to that… Thanks again for the great links

Kyuquot…
try this for a trip report of the area. I would try to contact Mike at WEST COAST EXPEDITIONS, if you are not as experienced.
