Which boat?

I am narrowing down my choices of which boat to get

And 1 is the new hybrid ascend fishing kayak

Or the twin heron by old town. I am 6 ft and 310

Want to be able to take daughter or dog and fish

All opinions matter.

I understand the desire to take pets
but is your fish trained to behave in a kayak?

size matters
I would be more concerned with whether the dog knows to be still on the boat. Unless of course the fish is very large and likes to flop around a lot.
