white water spots with shuttle bus?

Does anyone know of some places with good white water for kayaks what run shuttle buses/lifts back to the car park? I live in somerset but enjoy going off at weekends so location isnt important. Any help would be a :+1:

Lower Yough in PA
If the distance really isn’t an issue, the Lower Yough is a very popular ww destination. See this link for info:

That spot looks great, thanks for the help!

'whitewater park’
a couple ‘whitewater parks’ I’m familiar with, though I’m sure there are more:

Chattahoochee - Columbus, GA

Charlotte, NC

US National Whitewater Center

You don’t say where you live, but
The NOC ( Nantahala Outdoor Center) in western NC does shuttles or at least they used to.

The national White Water Park in Charlotte is another, but it was closed recently due to some kind of deadly bacteria.

It might be open again, but you would need to check

They have a fantastic course and there is a flume that brings you back up to the top

You didn’t give much location
Somerset could be a town in multiple states, or a reservoir in southern VT… etc. Hard to respond well without some fix on location, at least within a state.

oct 15th new river gorge shuttle
on the stretch from Cunard to Teays Landing (class III, IV) on bridge day

price last year was 15 dollars but if you join the west virginia wildwater association you can make a reservation ahead of time (that costs 20.00) Ace whitewater provides the bus- right now still in the planning stages.

its cool event because you kayak or raft under the new river gorge bridge and we stop and watch the base jumpers

some folks raft and share the extra room in their boats.
