I’m thinking about buying a used Wilderness Systems Tsunami that’s lighter and in better condition than mine. But it does not have a rudder.
I want to transfer the rudder from my old Tsunami (which I’m either going to sell for a very low price because of its age, oil canniness, and scratches- but no fading thanks to 303)
Do Tsunamis which come from the factory without a rudder have the 2 inset threads molded into the polyethylene on the back of the boat. These are the threads which are used to accept screws to hold the rudder bracket .
Or do you have to drill and install the screw thread inserts.
I’m guessing that running the nylon tubing for the cable is not a challenge.
