Just was browsing around the Yakima website, looking for replacement parts. I came across “product recalls” and took a look.
Dang if my 2012 Ford Focus is on the very short list of recalls. It appears the fit is poor (I’ve noticed) and they’ve recalled the Q128, replacing them with Q05 on the front, and Q83 on the rear.
I may be the only paddler on this board using this setup, but keep your eyes open and pass the news on to fellow paddlers who may be rockin’ the Focus with Yakima racks.
Until I receive the new clips, we’ll just use the truck.
