Update from the store shipping team.

“We were in November/early December but have caught up now. Delays at this point are around holidays and USPS”

Let us know if you do not get it by the end of the week and provide the order # and tracking info.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for looking into it.

Seeing as the tracking number still isn’t showing as tendered to USPS and that the store says they are caught up, I’d like to ask that they look into it right away, rather than wait for for the end of the week.

We issued a refund for that order on Dec. 22 and sent an email to them from guide@paddling.com

Search your inbox or check your spam folder maybe.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for the information. I found the email from Dec 22 in my spam, but not the credit on my statement…

Coincidentally, USPS received something on the tracking number associated with my order on Jan 5!

I am cautiously hopeful that my shirts may be on their way!!

Hi Jeff,

The order number is 4c8c6ec.

The shipping label was created Jan 13, tracking number, LZ610749364US, but USPS says that it is awaiting the item, meaning, I believe, that the package has not yet made it to the post office.

My shipment arrived, but I received only 1 out of 3 items that I ordered. I e-mailed orders@paddling.com and guide@paddling.com on Jan 12 to report this, but have received no response. Can you please let me know what I should do now?

I called twice , I emailed, no response. the usps tracking hasnt been updated
