Did you try the tracking number again?
What I heard from the team:
“The tracking numbers will actually stay the same, since we’ve recreated the original label, and I’ll have someone email each person to notify them of shipment.”
I have bumped this to them again.

I sure did try the tracking number again, been checking every couple of days, and on USPS’ website it’s still saying “label created, USPS awaiting item”.
This is getting silly. Over two weeks waiting for my order to get shipped.
10-4, escalated so if you do not hear something back in the next few days check back here.
