Prijon Yukon
The first class three rapid I ran was in the Yukon and I felt quite comfortable. I run class three regularly in the boat. While I would prefer to use my Jackson when doing whitewater I would believe the Yukon to be quite competent.
For what it is worth, that is my two cents.

My Hat’s Off To You
for being able to regularly run class III with a 14’ plus, do-it-all boat (not specifically white water design).
I personally find it challenging enough to tackle a class III with any semblance of control (as in making the “lines” I want to) in my dedicated ww boats.
