My Nikon is great and small. Hang on my neck if I’m shooting.
Today’s outing, at LaDue Reservoir in NE Ohio–also first time using my new carbon-shafted paddle (Aqua-Bound Stingray), which is a half-pound lighter than my old one.
I got to see Great Blue Herons, cormorants, and saw an Osprey diving (unsuccessfully). Great place.
Having a professional model on board helps…
I heard she was a dog but she’s cute.
Nice new DPFD! Should keep her warmer on your winter outings. She looks pleased with it.
Your are either real good looking Chuck( like a treat) or that girl

p.s. I’m so jealous, finally retired and now unpaid full time 24/7/365 nurse … wtf… keep posting photos Bro
Somerset Reservoir in Southern Vermont. This is a really nice place. You need to be able to paddle 10 miles to get up to the northern end where all the nooks and crannies are, and it is so quiet, it is empty of pretty much anything. 10mph speed limit so the power boats stay away.
Dear Sweet Miss Paris,
I’m a canoodling hound.
We should paddle together and watch the sundown.
Sincerely,
Finn

Wednesday night at Lake Erie. Would have been a nice night for a paddle. Less than 2 minutes before I shot this the whole sky was ablaze. I grabbed my iPhone and walked to the bank just to catch the end. It stayed amazing for at least a half hour.
