Pretty Pictures - Just Pretty Pictures

And a few off Gulfport Harbor about 72 hours before Ida visits the northern Gulf of Mexico. We only get over 3 foot waves when tropical systems pass. Today’s 3 footers were fun with a couple that reached 4 ft. They should grow tomorrow, but alas T-storms are anticipated also all day.

There is this passage into gloaming where you pause in your headway,
where you linger before horizon which calls to you to come it’s way.
Perhaps it’s tinge of melancholy which seasons journey nearing end,
as if to hold before life’s beauty as the light there starts round bend.
