I learned to take sunscreen and hydration pretty seriously.
A memorable day on our local run. Ran this the week before at flood stage, and noted the turbines at the dam were shooting water into the woods across the river. This day, however, the turbines were off, so I didn’t understand how we were getting 2300cfs out of a section usually feeding 250. After the run, we went to see why…and as the trees in the dam will attest, this was a very rare occurrence indeed.
Did someone leave their thing on the bow?
